Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Calling Agent AT's AI voice ordering platform, APIs, phone agent systems, and administrative interfaces.
Last updated: September 28, 2026
1Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, forwarding your restaurant telephone lines, subscribing to a plan tier, or otherwise using the Calling Agent AT platform, you represent that you are an authorized representative of a commercial business entity and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a restaurant franchise network, holding group, or cloud kitchen enterprise, you warrant that you have full corporate authority to bind that entity.
2Platform Description & Scope of Service
Calling Agent AT provides a cloud-based multi-tenant voice artificial intelligence service designed to:
- Answer inbound telephone calls placed to client restaurant numbers with lifelike voice AI.
- Transcribe, understand, and construct structured food tickets (with toppings, crusts, meal combos, and box portions).
- Initiate automated outbound confirmation telephone calls to verify customer addresses and reduce Cash-on-Delivery waste.
- Transmit completed orders to restaurant point-of-sale (POS) systems, kitchen printers, or management dashboards.
3Restaurant Account Responsibilities & Menu Accuracy
The subscribing restaurant brand is solely responsible for maintaining the accuracy of its operational settings, including:
- Active menu items, modifier groups, and associated pricing
- Store operating hours, branch delivery radii, and minimum order values
- Available stock levels (disabling out-of-stock items promptly)
- Kitchen printer connectivity and POS API authorization keys
Calling Agent AT calculates bills based strictly on the pricing and modifier rules configured by the restaurant in the dashboard. Calling Agent AT is not liable for billing discrepancies arising from outdated or misconfigured menu pricing entered by the subscriber.
4Telephony Compliance & Call Recording Consent
Subscribers must comply with all applicable telecommunications regulations in their operating jurisdictions. When configuring phone line call forwarding, restaurant operators must ensure appropriate disclosures are made to callers where required by local law (such as informing callers that calls are handled by automated voice systems or recorded for quality assurance).
Calling Agent AT provides customizable pre-call greeting announcements to assist subscribers in meeting compliance requirements across international and regional telecommunication frameworks.
5Subscription Plans, Billing & Fair Use
Billing Cycle: Services are billed in advance on either a monthly or annual subscription cycle. Annual plans reflect a 20% discount against standard monthly pricing.
Volume Tiers: Each plan includes an order allowance (e.g., Starter: 500 orders/mo in PKR or 300 orders/mo in USD; Growth Franchise: 1,500 orders/mo in PKR or 1,000 orders/mo in USD). Order volumes exceeding plan thresholds are billed at the transparent overage rate specified on the Pricing page.
Cancellation: Subscribers may cancel their plan at any time through the dashboard or by contacting support. Access will continue until the conclusion of the paid billing period.
6Service Availability & 99.9% Uptime SLA
Calling Agent AT targets a 99.9% platform availability service level agreement (SLA) for automated call handling. We maintain redundant carrier connections and distributed edge telephony nodes to ensure peak-rush phone orders are never lost to server outages.
Uptime calculations exclude scheduled maintenance announced in advance, issues originating from local telco carrier network outages outside our control, or failures of subscriber internet connections at physical restaurant branches.
7Intellectual Property & Customer Data Ownership
Your Data: You retain 100% full ownership of all restaurant proprietary data, brand trademarks, logos, menu recipes, pricing structures, and customer contact records uploaded to or generated through your tenant.
Our Platform: Calling Agent AT and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform software, speech synthesis models, fast-food natural language processing engines, and user interfaces.
8Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Calling Agent AT, its officers, directors, or employees be liable for any indirect, punitive, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, kitchen downtime, or missed customer orders resulting from service interruptions or misheard telephone digits.
Calling Agent AT's aggregate cumulative liability under this agreement shall be limited to the total fees paid by the subscriber to Calling Agent AT in the three (3) months preceding the incident giving rise to liability.
